Dinner in a Kettle!
Many folks are re-discovering the culinary delights of Dutch Oven cooking. Many chefs have learned the delights of cooking with cast iron Dutch Ovens both while camping, as well as at home. If you enjoy cooking over an open fire, then you'll love Dutch Oven meals.
The Fortuna Dutch Oven Society promotes this method of preparing meals with demonstrations, recipes and cooking classes. Members attend local and area events and invite you to share in their discoveries!
